Camping
Nestled in the cosy Calder Valley, Wild Wood Tod is a perfect place to stay for those adventuring in Calderdale, the Yorkshire Dales and the beautiful South Pennines.
We warmly welcome Pennine Way walkers and Pennine Bridleway cyclists passing through the area who want a quiet place to recover from their exertions, as both routes run very close to our site.
While we are proud to support youth groups and host Duke of Edinburgh’s Award expeditions (more details on our dedicated Youth Groups page), Wild Wood Tod also provides this welcoming and serene retreat for those traversing the Pennine landscape.
We don’t currently cater to casual campers, but we warmly welcome those wanting a comfortable place to stop on their adventures exploring the stunning Pennine landscape.
We offer sheltered pitches, a newly renovated shower/ toilet block with outside pot-washing facilities and parking on the land. Access to a fire pit and communal shelter is available on request.

Large, well-drained and private campsite with easy access to Todmorden

Shower block facility with toilets, washbasins and outside pot washing sink

Look out for the deer (and other animals) that pass through the campsite!

Perfect location for Pennine Way walkers, Pennine Bridleway and JOGLE cyclists
